Contributor Guidelines 2

We can put the Contributor SOP's here guidelines here and embed the form in one of the following ways.

Method 1 - Popup Button

We can have all the SOPs (Contributor Guidelines) in the main text area and a button to pop open the form.

Method 1 - Slider Button

Same.  We can have all the SOPs (Contributor Guidelines) in the main text area and a button to pop open the form.

Method 3 - Embedded Form

Or we could embed the form into the content of the page like this.

The SOPs (Contributor Guidelines) Would probably need to be on one page and this form on its own page.
